I rather agree with hsavinien and laceymcbain. Good fic, well-executed, and I can see one of the angels pulling something like what Uriel did. The whole loss of identity and memories bit is very sad and disturbing.

I wonder, though, if Uriel and the others may later learn the lesson of "those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it." If Crowley can't remember exactly how he sauntered downward, it might just happen again. This time maybe even with Aziraphale leading the way as he tries to get his old friend back.
