I think, luckily, Gabriel didn't leave much behind. After all, Melanie had some days between his arrival and the visit of Zira and Crowley, so she could have fixed anything that Gabriel might have changed.
Or maybe Aziraphale's miracles will leave her believing that any minor thing that's off has always been like this?
