I updated our spreadsheets, and by my count, there are 9 total deadbeats who have not only not made the deadline (November 15th - 8 days ago!), but haven't communicated with us AT ALL since then...neither to ask for an extension, nor update us on status, nor to officially drop out with honour.

You know who you are--and so do we!

As of the 23rd, consider this your seven-day notice for impending banhammering for next year.

Umm. I'm sending this from the library, but my computer crashed about a week ago taking everything with it. Which includes my assignment. I still have some notes that are handwritten, and obviously I remember some of what I wrote but that doesn't change the fact that it's gone and would take awhile for me to rewrite it.

Now, I bought a new computer yesterday (Still in the process of setting it up, hence being at the libaray) so there's a chance that I could whip up something quickly, but with all the hassle that's going on right now I feel like anything I wrote wouldn't get the attention it deserves.

Now I know this sounds like an excuse, and well, it kind of is and I'm really sorry but I'm probably not gonna be able to make it. I understand if I'm banned for next year, and sometimes things like this do happen, but I still feel awful about it. If on the off chance that you can't find a pinch hitter, let me know and I can probably whip up 1000 words or so of what I had been writing.

My apologies again, and sorry its taken me so long to get in touch with you.
