Eeeee, thank you SO much secret writer! I didn't know the first bit to the Book of Tobit, but it was still a completely enjoyable read. This totally put a big smile on my face and made my day! :] <3

There's so many wonderful things in this piece. I adore the tone you used here; there's the same whimsicalness, humor, and flippancy that drew me to the original book. You also wrote some really lovely lines, but these are my favorites:

Nothing in particular revealed that he was an angel, unless one counted his over-polite attitude.

“Impalement’s never the righ’ solution to an argument.”

They were interrupted by two humans who stepped out of the shadows with, in Crowley’s opinion, an amateur attempt at looming over them.

I also have to express glee over the following:
-Aziraphale calling Crowley "dear" even at this early stage.
-The "nots" (non uneasy silences, not quite leanings)
-A & C picking up habits from each other.
-The footnotes! & the history bits.
-Aziraphale knowing what brothels smell like.
-That lark, haha. Oh my.
-PUNNY CROWLEY! A+

Both of them were characterized perfectly <3<3<3 You really did an awesome job at incorporating my likes! They were both way too cute.

Unfortunately I did not get the reference in footnote #3, but I'm quite curious to know if you'd be willing to tell me.

Thanks again and I hope you're having a happy new year!
