Title: A Good Road and a Good Meal
For: [livejournal.com profile] hsavinien
From: {REDACTED}
Rating: G
Request: Give me historical fic. I want to read the most richly detailed thing you can write me about the most out-of-the-way bit of history you love, preferably not set in Rome, Greece, Britain, France, Germany, or the USA (pre-European-colonization/invasion Americas is A-OK). War or peace, how's it going, who's making trouble, and what are Aziraphale and Crowley up to? Little-known and under-appreciated historical personages a plus! - any rating
Artist's Notes: Happy Christmas! Here are two illustrations for you. Since it sounded like you wanted a complete departure from the European world, I thought you might enjoy a trip to Edo/Tokugawa era Japan. Crowley is traveling the Tokaido road, selling amulets, and Aziraphale is, of course, involved in the growing artistic and literary community. I hope this is along the lines of what you were hoping for.

Pairings: Aziraphale/Crowley
Characters: Aziraphale, Crowley
Warnings: None

Summary: In search of new sights, Crowley and Aziraphale take the Bentley on a jaunt across the continental United States.

Author's Notes: For the prompt “Crowley and Aziraphale go on a road trip. I don't know how or why or where to, but they have to make this trip leading to being stuffed in the Bentley together for an extended period of time. Crowley worries about his plants, Aziraphale worries about his books. Bickering ensues, and also... feelings(!!!) Any rating.” Though I have road-tripped across the UK once, I’m a lot more familiar with American roads and topography, so I decided to stick our guys in good old Amurrica. Also, I’m sure both Crowley and Aziraphale have driven up and down the UK enough times they’d want to try something newish.

Author: [livejournal.com profile] shenaniganders
Rating: Gen
Pairings: None
Characters: Crowley, Aziraphale, Gambriel
Warnings: Original characters, mentions of discorporation, (sort of) genderbending

Summary: A collection of thoughts from an angel who isn't lonely.

Author's Notes: Mainly answering the prompt: "Aziraphale's not the only Principality on Earth, nor the only one who grew fond of it. His compatriot didn't have a Crowley, though." I just created a character and ran with it... It's a bit of a mash-up of ideas and prompts as I tend to do; I would have liked to have written another scene or two but time constraints cut me off. It was a very interesting prompt to work with and really made me think about how isolating it is to be an immortal being, and I had a lot of fun developing Gambriel as a character.

Author: [livejournal.com profile] pasiphile
Fandom: Good Omens/Merlin crossover
Pairing: Crowley/Aziraphale, Merlin/Arthur
Rating: G
Prompt: Crowley still hasn't really forgiven Merlin for what he did to her all those years ago, but God knows that Crowley understands the things you do for love, sometimes. (Post-novel, Merlin seeks out Crowley and/or Aziraphale. The end of the world has come and gone, Merlin is looking for Arthur, and Crowley sympathized with Morgana but couldn't do anything to stop the sequence of events for whatever reason.)

Author: [livejournal.com profile] aviss
Recipient: [livejournal.com profile] htebazytook
Rating: G
Prompt: Crowley/Aziraphale, a very London centric story, any rating
Summary: Remember, remember the 5th of November. In which Crowley stumbles upon a plot and enlists Aziraphale to thwart it.
Author Notes: I was going to try my hand at romance with London as a backdrop, but we got the assignment at the beginning of November, with Bonfire night happening all around me, and I could see Crowley right in the middle… so this happened. I hope you like it. Thanks to the mods for doing this another year, and to the darlings (you know who you are) for listening to me rant and helping me with this.

Art: Napoleonic Wars
For: [livejournal.com profile] _silverfox
From: Phantomseptember
Rating: G

Artist's Notes: It was great to get this prompt and the mini history lesson on the Napoleonic Wars that came with it. Marshal Ney (guy in the middle at the top) was a French commander who fought for and against Napoleon at various times. He got wounded in the neck at Smolensk, and I couldn't resist sneaking that into the picture. He was known as the last Frenchman on Russian soil, as he brought up the rear-guard in the retreat from Moscow.

Aziraphale's uniform is based off of the French cavalry uniform and Crowley's is based off of the Russian infantry officer's uniform. I took a few very slight liberties with the uniforms. Crowley probably spent most of the war telling his human army superiors that retreat was the best tactic. On the other side of the conflict, Aziraphale probably spent most of his time trying to tell his superior officers that attacking Russia was a terrible idea; both of them failed miserably in getting their superiors to listen until quite late in the conflict.

As for the flowers, the iris is the national flower of France, and the chamomile is the national flower of Russia. Aziraphale's wing is based off of an osprey's and Crowley's is based off of a rough-legged hawk's. I imagine Aziraphale would have large but delicate and drab wings and Crowley would have powerful well-cared-for wings.

Artist's Notes: I apologize that I couldn't write a full fic for this prompt, but I had a blast making this piece! Aziraphale and Crowley gaze upon their opposite forms in the alternate dimension where Aziraphale is the demon and Crowley is the angel. Demon Aziraphale's and Angel Crowley's world is doomed, while original Aziraphale's and Crowley's world thrives. The two pairs of immortal beings cross paths due to a wild spell gone wrong; trapping Aziraphale and Crowley out of their dimension with the doomed dimension. With their alternate selves, they work together to return back home and attempt to save the alternate dimension along the way. Coming from me, it all works out in the end. Merry Christmas and happy holidays!

Rating: G
Pairing: Aziraphale/Crowley
Creator's Notes: Once I'd done the illustrations, I really wanted to add some extra bits of written story along with it. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to add as much as I'd have liked to, but hopefully this is okay? Maybe I'll turn it into a full fic sometime. Thanks to [livejournal.com profile] irisbleufic for being my lovely beta! <3
Summary: Aziraphale accidentally turns himself into a snake and doesn't know how to change back again. He goes to Crowley for help, who doesn't recognise him but lets the snake stay at his flat anyway and eventually starts talking about Aziraphale.

Title: All of Human History, with Crowley and Aziraphale (Somewhat Abridged Version)
gift for: [livejournal.com profile] shinobi_mi_chan
artist: [livejournal.com profile] astrophrenia
rating: G
summary: Crowley and Aziraphale look through a photo album of sorts and think back to some of the places they've gone, and things they did there, since, well, since before the dawn of time.
artist's notes: Oh dear, this... really got out of hand! At first I was going to draw like six pictures, and then I drew a lot more than that. I just want to draw Crowley and Aziraphale in every single historical period that there ever was! But I can't draw them in every historical period. Can I? Probably not. But anyway, thank you for inspiring me to try, this was incredibly, incredibly fun and engaging, and I hope you like it.
