Dear Lunatique,

Your prompt gave me some extremely interesting possibilities to work with, and I liked the idea of making Az and Crowley women. Thank you for giving me the opportunity. I had a wonderful time writing this fic. Happy holidays!

Disclaimer: Though the two main alterations from canon in this AU are that they are woman-shaped beings (as Pratchett and Gaiman would put it) and that they raise a child, this fic does not mean to suggest that woman-shaped beings are essentially any more nurturing than man-shaped beings. I just think moms are fluffy and cute! I hope you do too.

Happy New Year, Tio-trile! I wish you the best for 2018 and hope you’ll enjoy this fic based on your prompt "book characters reacting to the TV show news".

It was inspiring, which means I gave my devoted beta a lot of work. She did an amazing job, as always, and I thank her for her time and her clever suggestions. I couldn’t have done this without her help.

Foreword: For the sake of surprising our favourite angel and demon, let’s pretend the tv series does not adapt a preexisting book. And for the sake of self-indulgence… my fic, my casting (please, don’t hate me, David Tennant fans).

Notes: Thank you for such a nice prompt! Here are some of my thoughts about the story (which I was unable to put on paper, unfortunately): Since Aziraphale is an angel, he probably knows a thing or two about human illnesses (such as how to treat them and etc.), Crowley, on the other hand, until Aziraphale pointed out his "hellish" fever and convinced him to stay in the bookshop for the Christmas Eve, didn't have any idea that he got sick. And so, they spent the Christmas Eve together!

Summary: Good Omens and Pacific Rim clash when strange beings called Kaiju show up on Earth directed by the Precursors, one of God’s original creations that They discarded, or attempted to at any rate. Now, humanity has built giant robots called Jaegers to fight these monsters, a fight which Heaven and Hell has decided to join, along with the Antichrist and his posse. Things can’t get much worse.

Notes: By the end of this, I will not be surprised if I managed to ruin both fandoms, three if I’m counting religion as a fandom.

Warnings: May be banned in China. Historical allusions. Non-graphic highly destructive violence inflicted upon furniture & decor, as well as the past and recent murders of angels (fallen or otherwise).
Summary: Crowley goes to check on Aziraphale during the Cultural Revolution.
Notes: This insisted on going very very mildly AU because I cannot really see Aziraphale and Crowley in Asia for any other reason, and it doesn't really change anything much from canon. I also tried to echo the style/tone of Chinese literature, in part to try to keep the rating low: how they tend to handle such things is very much by allusion and implication. The warnings might be a bit paranoid, aside from the risk of China deciding to block us which actually is 100% true because they're squeamish about the Cultural Revolution. (Sorry about that.)
