Thank you very much! Funfact: my working title was actually 'Non-renewables' :D
i might not be the most merciful fanfic writer, but the casualty list was getting too high even for my standards not to include a partial Adam-ex-machina - after all, not all GO-demons are supposed to be horrible, so they deserve a chance on Earth, too. but i tried to keep him for the universe-shaking stuff, and limit his influence (trying to keep to the spirit of the book). people's own lives can and should be sorted out by people (or person-shaped beings) themselves (and of course their firends). and i'd already imagined Crowley to have an exquisite collection of plants that definitely should not naturally exist in the same place (or at all), so... Chekhov's plants! :P (i've been waiting to write this expression ever since i finished the story XD)

Aziraphale and Crowley's relationship here is sooo perfect! Crowley being all sad and jealous when Aziraphale spends his time with other angels! T_T <3 And it's good that though Crowley feels forgotten and hurt, he's wrong about Aziraphale - his friend would never trade him for a legion of angels.
Thank you :) you've put that marvellously :) (and at the rate angels are tumbling through the sky, soon it might be a literal legion of angels that still can't compete with Crowley's company :D )

You killed me with that story inside the bigger story
Aaaah, I'm so glad someone commented on this :) The prompt set also contained one about Crowley haveing trust issues, and i peppered a little bit of that into the story, but i also made it worse combining it with other issues... it's really not healthy for anyone to be a character in a fic i write XD

I also like the way you write Anathema and Newt - they are so real and so very likeable. Oh, and Hayliel was really hilarious! :D
thank you! i don't actually have much experience writing anyone, but especially not the two of them, so i'm very glad they turned out okay :) and i've grown weirdly fond of Hayliel too :)

"his favourite tartan disaster" and "his favourite, slightly cold-blooded demon" << these two parallelled characteristics are so heartwarming! :)
yey! sneaky parallels are being noticed! also, tartan disaster has drawn an unexpected amount of attention. now i'll just keep calling AZiraphale that XD

Thank you for your thoughtful and kind comment!
