Crowley is quite irreversibly hooked, in my opinion, and Aziraphale's not nearly as oblivious as he likes people to think. I imagine them going back to the shop, with much careful wording and edging around each other, until eventually the angel loses patience and with a 'for Heaven's sake', pounces.
