Only a few stood in a neat, military row, brows stoically lowered.<

For a story that is essentially a fun romp, this is an impressively evocative and visual opening description of Easter island!

There was a quiet sound made by very large wings as Aziraphale settled next to him. His landing was relatively elegant, at least considering the size of the landing area.

"Good evening, Crowley," he said in a disapproving tone, earning a dark look from said person.<

That scene together with this action is a striking opening for a movie! It's visual scale deserving of movement rather than a static illustration.

And then there is the banter, Aziraphale's squirming conscience warring with his need to PROTECT those "defenseless" books, the behavior of the risen Jesus, Crowley hiding behind Az's wings (clutching the pinions) and Az spreading his wings a little wider in futile instinct to shelter his opposite number, Az's warning to the pair of illicit would-be lovers and simply glimpsing real love between the older and younger "men" helping the waitress regain her perspective...
