Let me tell you about some of the things that I love (I could not possible cover them all):
1) Wensleydale's imagined glasses and mustache and exclamation points and really everything ever about the kids' translations into their Wild West personas, especially
2) THE RED RIDER
3) and the bare landscape, so beautifully conveyed in just a few lines
4) Adam's little smirk as he rides in to the aid of
5) THE RED RIDER
6) what noble steed
7) okay no, just, all the dialogue. all of it. Especially the little floating balloonless insertions of, ah, unscripted dialogue
8) Also I am ashamed to say that it took me until the last, in-character bit to be sure of whether this was your precise brand of brilliance. But I got it in the end. And baby, can I just say, your shoes are beautiful. 8) 8) 8)
9) THE RED RIDER...'s shadowfaced incredulity while Adam reasons with Dog
10) panel 10. I am going to turn panel 10 into a tattoo or something, probably on my forehead. Or maybe I'll just make an icon out of it and treasure it forever. You know. One or the other.
So yes this is the most wonderful present and I shall treasure it forever and keep it under my corpsetree.
