Artist's Notes: I apologize that I couldn't write a full fic for this prompt, but I had a blast making this piece! Aziraphale and Crowley gaze upon their opposite forms in the alternate dimension where Aziraphale is the demon and Crowley is the angel. Demon Aziraphale's and Angel Crowley's world is doomed, while original Aziraphale's and Crowley's world thrives. The two pairs of immortal beings cross paths due to a wild spell gone wrong; trapping Aziraphale and Crowley out of their dimension with the doomed dimension. With their alternate selves, they work together to return back home and attempt to save the alternate dimension along the way. Coming from me, it all works out in the end. Mmm, this does look like fun! I love the opposing colors of the eyes/wings/clothes, and the facial expressions. There is such a strong sense of personality in all four characters. Well done.

Thank you so much! I love how the place where the originals are looks so shiny and soft (because that's how its supposed to be). Their expressions are also exactly how I imagine them to be when they meet or see their counterparts.

The idea of demon!Aziraphale in that pudgy, soft, tie-and-vested corporation scares the crap out of me, to be honest, because I can only imagine what his ruthless streak from the book must have mutated into now. I notice how he's only got eyes for angel!Crowley, while the other three are looking across the gap at each other-- scary stare or sexy stare? Don't know which one I want more. And Angel!Crowley's eyes and glasses and little bowtie are just giving me all the feels. He still looks sharp, but it's a clean-cut kind of sharp, rather than the sleek, cool kind of sharp that demon!Crowley has going on, and it makes all the difference in the world. And angel!Aziraphale looks-- I don't know, dismayed, and heartbroken, and a little bit afraid (maybe of the demon potential inside of himself).

Ah, wow, this prompt wasn't mine, but I remember wanting to see this done when it came time to claim them. Really nice work! The image hints at a very interesting AU indeed. Their character designs are great. :D

I really like the more subtle differences you used to show alignment (demons with messier hair, angels with messier wings) along with the more blatant things like the outfit swap and the eyes. Because of these motifs this picture has a very nice symmetry, not only horizontally but also vertically. The way you did the transition was cool too, I like that there is the suggestion of clouds and electricity without either element being portrayed explicitly.

I really like the symmetry with this piece, and the expressions are great. I don't know whether this is intentional or just how I'm seeing it, but to me, angel!Crowley looks even more dismayed and distressed at seeing his demon self than canon!Aziraphale does. And demon!Aziraphale looks almost disgusted with his angelic version, while canon!Crowley just looks a bit put out (he probably disapproves of any version of himself wearing a bow tie).
