haha, clearly Crowley has just presented Aziraphale with "an offer he can't refuse" and thereby a headache!

Poor Zira's pained expression and Crowley's insouciant pose with arms crossed high economically tell the tale of the title. The slightly tilting hint of halo and flirty little wings for Crowley are the cherry on the ice cream!
