I promise not to spam you after this message -- but please let me quickly clarify just a few things.

1- Gifts are due December 01, 2005. Of course, you can turn them early! The earlier, the better!
2- We'll send beta-related info via email tomorrow to those who asked for one.
3- Let us know as soon as possible if there's a change in your plans regarding your assignment.
4- Remember to keep your identity and that of your gift recipient a secret! We'll post a list of names and submissions after Jan 01, 2006!
5- Lastly, use us, your mods, if you need us! We're here to facilitate this process.

...though now I'm worried that my writing is becoming predictable, since you were able to send me a challenge that perfectly matches my style in every particular. :D

Fun is certainly one word for it! Others might include multiple cries of "gah!" and "I'm going blind!" and "my wrists! my wrists!" ... no, I'm mostly kidding-- it was quite fun to think about all of you.

As for your writing becoming predictable.... well, anyone who spent some time over at N_O wouldn't be caught dead making that assumption!

This is your chance at anonymity, too -- perhaps you can try something a little different, since your "rep" isn't going to be on the line!
