I'm going to sound like a massive moron asking this, but i'm a bit unclear.

Do we pick out whom we would want to make a gift for from the list there, or are you guys going to pair people up and then let us know? You mentioned their being "public prompts" and being that this is my first year doing this particular secret santa i'm a little confused.
